Our fees:

$35.00 Application Fee.
$350.00 Security Deposit ($50.00 automatically deducated for carpet cleaning fee upon vacating).
Our Pet Fee is $350.00 for one pet and an additional $150.00 for a second pet.
We are very pet friendly, although management would like to meet your pet prior to approval. From Chinchilla's to Great Dane's, most pets are very welcome here!
